Website made specifically to make me look bad, any way to take it down? There is a website of my full name as the url, eg. www.JohnSmith.com I am the only person in the world with this name and there is a picture of myself and text reading "(My name) is a scammer". I will admit i did scam this person a few years back when i was under 18 years old. The web page is the first result when you google my name so that kills any chance i have at getting a real job so i was wondering if there was any way to get a website removed for something that is/was completely true. I was thinking I might have rights to the website since it is my name and its unique. Heres some info that hopefully helps you help me: I live in Canada, I know the website owners full name and state, He lives in the USA, I was under 18 at the time of scamming him, It was all done online, It was well under $500, ***I gave his money back in the end after him asking*** I have no idea who to see/what to do to get this fixed so any help is MUCH appreciated.
