After they got the blood test he was put in jail for falsifying physical evidence, eventually released on bail, the tests came back positive for Adderall, THC, and a BAC of .027% 6 hours after accident. Only 1 test was done so they don’t know his metabolism rate. But still enhanced charges at indictment. Now facing 7 charges total.
