I worked on oDesk -- outsourcing marketplace and they keep money I earned. Month ago, when I logged on there, there was a message that my financial account was suspended and there was no reason specified. I contacted support immediately, they said something like "your suspension is handled by different department" each time I contacted them. Once I receieved a message from the right team which said "We will update you soon", this was couple of weeks ago (although they claim, they answer tickets up to 72hrs). I have four hundred bucks in there, It may be not much but I have worked for it and in western europe it isn't that little money, actually. What can I do with it? Am i sentenced to their mercy?
