I've made an outline of how the reward might work: **Reward** Should the criminal or criminals involved turn themselves in the reward fund will be dispersed evenly among the youngest living descendants through the use of an educational trust. Otherwise the reward will be given on a first come basis to a person giving information leading directly to the arrest of person(s) responsible for the murder of Carl “Ken” Kenneth Gallmeyer. The reward shall be held for one year and until which time the person giving the information can be cleared of any involvement in the crime. Should there be any confusion about who first gave information leading to the criminal or criminals involved, the money will be split evenly between the reporting persons. **Donations** All donations will be held until which time the party(s) responsible for the murder of Carl “Ken” Kenneth Gallmeyer have been brought to justice or five years have passed. Extension of the time period shall be by majority vote from the children of Ken Gallmeyer. Time period for the extension shall be decided at the time of the vote and shall not exceed five year increments. If the reward is to be dissolved 75% of the money shall be put into a trust for the animal shelter of Wanda Orric to be used for the upkeep, supplies, and utilities for the animal shelter.
