I ordered garland from KingleHeaven.com which promises a money back guarantee and free returns with lots of images of luscious garland claiming they are full and high quality. But they are sad thin little branches and nothing like their images. They used stock images. And they do not offer free returns but want the customer to pay to ship it back AND pay international frees of $30-40 on top of the return shipping. Customer would pay more to return than the product is worth. I have emailed back and forth and they try to offer 15-25 percent back. But never follow through with their satisfaction guarantee or free return shipping as advertised. So false advertising on both fronts.
