Help! Bought a dress and they made it wrong, now refusing to either make a new one at no cost to me or refund the entire order including shipping! I have ordered a dress online and now they are refusing to give me a refund since they have not made it from the material shown in the photo on their site. I will attach a link for you to see. The dress in the photo is made of chiffon (it is on many other dress sites as well labeled as a chiffon dress). The title they had for the dress was "woven elastic stain fabric" and no I did not spell it wrong, it really said Stain! They are now refusing the refund me the full amount including the shipping costs as well as the return shipping. I need help lawyers of reddit! Is there anything I am able to do??
