I ordered a taurine supplement for my cats, and actually done research prior to ordering to make sure it wasn’t a scam. Unfortunately, this must be a newer scam, and online information was still available promoting this product. The only thing was to only order from “KittySupps.com”. Which is what I done. I got an email saying my order would be 5-7 days later than normal due to their outsourcing over seas, which is a direct contradiction to their website policy. This was the first red flag, and I started digging into this further and found that the entire website is a scam, and even Amazon & Facebook promoting their product, leading to cats dying (from what I read). I reached out to them, and got no response whatsoever. I still haven’t received any product, and have sent to their email that I wanted a refund and do not send me any product. Ordered Item from kittysupps.com on Feb 14 and today is March 21st and I still haven't received my item. I have emailed them several times. Here are the tracking details: Feb 20–24 ? Shipped from China (Hangzhou / Hong Kong) Feb 26 ? Arrived in Los Angeles (LAX) + cleared customs ? Mar 1–3 ? Handed off to a “delivery facility” in the U.S. Mar 5–10 ? Vague updates like: “onforwarded” “delivery company processing” “post office is in operation” ?? And then… nothing meaningful since March The key issue ? It’s been in the U.S. for ~3+ weeks with no delivery Kittysupps has a giant American flag on their website trying to claim their products are made in the USA, when clearly they are not.
