I oredered 1 glove that did not work as advertised. I contacted them through email. They said they thought I had a bad product so they had me take and upload several pictures. Then they said I was supposed to get 4, not 1 as they had buy 2 get 2 free. I told them by email I did not want them, do not send. They did anyway. I told them I would need to contact my credit card company for this purchase.
