Koreanspa.co claims to offer a 120 day money back guarantee. I ordered the hair treatment product. It arrived with a dispenser that did not dispense product. I have been trying to get a refund from the company for over a month, but they only reply once every two weeks, each time with an excuse and unwilling to honor their money back guarantee. They have no reviews since July 2025, no where to leave a review, and based on their practices and evasion of honoring returns, I am suspecting this to be a scam.
