The website referenced in the letter is built to look at first superficial glance like a legitimate law office, but it is obviously not, basesd on the ridiculous legal references and multiple grammar and spelling errors in English. A WHOIS lookup (https://www.godaddy.com/whois/results.aspx?itc=dlp_domain_whois&domain=lantosgeorge.com) reveals that the registrar for this domain is in the Netherlands, the name servers are in the Ukraine, and the postal address for the technical contact is only the name of a town in the UK.
