I purchased a jacket through an online company called Lasmir. The jacket was supposed to be "brown", but the physical color was much more orange. They had 2 other colors for the jacket online, so I attempted to purchase the "coffee" color in hopes the color would be better. I planned to return the "brown"/orange jacket after I received the "coffee" color one, just in case I didn't like. That way I could return both at the same time. When the 2nd jacket arrived I was surprised to see it was the same orange color! I looked at my order and somehow I purchased the "brown" jackets again on accident instead of the "coffee" one. I then emailed the email address posted on the website to talk about how to return one of the jackets and exchange the other. The Lasmir website said "easy returns", so I was surprised by the response I received. The email stated I told them that a 10% reimbursement was not acceptable. After emailing back and forth several times I was able to get the physical address information to return the item. The address was This also surprised me because the return address on the packaging was in California. I sent an email back asking why I couldn't return to the CA address. The response I received was "The address on the package belongs to the freight forwarder. Our only return address is (previously listed China addresse)". When I took the jackets to the post office to see what it would cost to send them back to China I was told approximately $48!
