On 3/27/26 I ordered 4 dresses from the website lauralindacharleston.com. Prior to placing the order I carefully reviewed the website & return policy. The return policy stated easy full refund if returned within 30 days. Absolutely no where did it indicate I would need to return to China at a cost of $60-$70. When I received the dresses none of them fit even though I used the sizing info from the website. I sent a email to customer service asking how to proceed with the return. Like scam ID 1122548 I was told I had to return via international mail to China. The mailing address is: No. 2 Freight Elevator On West side of the 3rd floor upstairs Yuantong Express, No. 409 Suxi, Yiwu Express Province, Zhejidang State, Zhejiang Country, China My other option is to keep the dresses which do NOT fit & they will make a 30% refund which is not acceptable.
