I engaged in conversation with Sam Hutchins with leadscape.au. I was interested in their system however it required a large sum of money. I was told they don’t engage in pressure tactics etc. I asked Sam I need some time to think and possible move money around but that I was interested in speaking with Jake since he said he’d be able to answer and further questions - Jake is the owner and to secure my spot for a call with Jake, he then said that I would need to pay $200USD up front and guaranteed me that if I did change my mind even at my meeting with Jake, I can get a refund. He word for word said “I don’t see why you can’t”. Fast forward, meeting got rescheduled a couple times but Jake and I did manage to get on a meeting. We didn’t talk any business other than when we spoke and he was on video I did tell him my business had gone a different way and this solution no longer fit our structure. He expressed understanding and he promised my refund. He said it would take some time due to some processing timelines, and I was fine with that, and I was VERY PATIENT. I then messaged them on the discord channel a week or so later because I hadn’t received anything. Jake then proceeds to tell me that the processed my refund AND provide’s a screenshot, the date of this screenshot was the same day my initial payment was processed except that it had “refunded” beside it. I waited again but with holidays around and having gotten busy, I remembered again to check my bank for the refund. Nothing has been processed. I messaged them again, by this time, it has been a month since the time they said they processed the refund. By now, it should have come in. I have still received nothing and upon my new follow-up messages, there has been no response to my latest message for December. This leads me to believe they probably doctored their screenshot and I’m now at a point where I have no choice but to report it [BBB Scam Type: Worthless Problem-solving Service] [Business: Leadscape.au] [
