Ewan Davies claims to sell a course and "PDF Method" that will teach you how to sell PDFs to grow your business. I bought his course and was told that in order to make the PDF landing pages, I needed to purchase an Info Engine account (another "third party" website that is also owned by his company "Velo Labs Limited") so during the course, I signed up for a 14 day free trial of Info Engine in August of 2025. After the free trial I was charged twice for the service. I tried to contact customer support to get a refund using the email listed on the website [email protected] but the email bounced and said "Address Not Found" so there is no customer support email at all. This company has continued to charge me $47 per month ever since. I have filed multiple disputes with my bank, contacted Ewan Davies himself using his email [email protected] and have gotten no response. The website http://learn.thepdfmethod.com/ has no other available contact information for customer support, only this one email. I have reported this company to the FTC and also left a review on TrustPilot. I still have yet to receive any response or refunds for these fraudulent and unauthorized charges.
