I can't find the form I need, please help!! I am in Clarke County, Athens, Georgia. I have an order for visitation rights that the mother is violating. I went to the courthouse to get a copy of a Motion of Contempt of Court but they said they do not provide any forms and I can find them online. I cannot, for the life of me, find this form and any forms related to it. Someone please help, I have to do this all on my own and it's very scary. Also, I can explain my legal situation if anybody cares (it's a little interesting) but first thing's first, I have to find a Clarke County, GA Motion for Contempt of Court form. Thank you in advance. EDIT: this is the only form I've found, but it's for Gwinnett County. The courthouse clerk told me there was a Clarke County form.
