I ordered some contacts from lens.com took over a month to get them. Then when I got them I couldn’t see through them. And the left lens would come out folded in haft. They say money back guarantee on their site. They did not give me my money back they give me partial credit, they took my money to restock. Which I feel like is unfair bc they got it wrong. And the left contact was defective. I was not going to go through all of the left lenses to see if all of them were like that. They guarantee money back they did not do that. I’m pissed. I want all my money back Bc why would I order again when y’all messed it up the first time I’m going somewhere else! Please help me!!
