lineforte.com was advertising as they close out sale for JCPenney. I never got my delivery I contacted them via email at the support email from the receipt that I was emailed. I was told an investigation would start immediately and I would hear within 3 to 5 days. Two weeks later I had heard nothing. I email back and was told that the items showed from their delivery company that it had been delivered and signed for. Well that was a lie it was just close nobody requires a signature for clothing. They gave me a story that they had lost money in this transaction too and what I accept a 30% refund for my inconvenience. I said no I want a full refund someone else emailed me back said I could select the option for reshipment but I'd have to wait 25 more days and then said something about a $15 reshipping fee. It wasn't clear what they were asking me to do so I asked for clarification. Then they came back and said that the items were now out of stock with their supplier so they offered me a 50% discount. I said no I want a full refund .Then they emailed me again this time stating they were applying for the highest refund their company would give out which was 70%. I haven't answered back yet cuz I wanted to take some actions with my credit card company and report this. So no solution at this time. I can supply a copy of my emails if need be.
