Made a purchase off of website Linvya.com over a month ago. Was given track number and now when trying to track it going to a page that says “buy this domain” , it’s been over a month, as soon as asked questions via email thy shut down the tracking site called 718tracking Dollars Lost $29.99 [BBB Scam Type: Online Purchase] [Business: Linvya.com] [Location: TX, USA- 76234]

LINYVA_SALES ad popped up on my TIKTOK feed showing dresses and other clothing types that i had been seeing all over TIKTOK. I purchased 8 dresses and 8 long sleeve shirts on 1/24/2026. Site offered express shipping and shipping insurance. I paid with a gift card because I am uneasy giving out debit card information attached to a live bank account to unknown websites, for this exact reason I am experiencing now. On 2/13/2026 I still had not received the package so I sent a communication to Linyva.com through their messaging service. They responded back with communication saying they were sorry for the delay and when the package finally arrives they will refund me half of my order cost. On 3/2/2026 I still had not received the package, so I went to the courier tracking website they had sent on my purchase receipt email, whichbturns out to be fraudulent as well. Internet search shows "Track718 is widely reported as a fraudulent tracking website used by scammers to trick customers into believing fake, never-shipped orders from suspicious online stores as having been delivered. It displays fabricated updates, often showing items as "delivered" or stuck in transit to run out the clock on refund." Well that is exactly what is happening to me. The package said it was delivered on 2/28/2026. I was home all day on 2/28/2026 and the package never arrived. I also have security cameras all around my home and have no deliveries of any kind taking place on 2/28/26. I immediately sent a communication to Linvya.com letting them know the situation with the missing delivery. I also sent an email. Communications with Linyva.com went down hill from here. Within just a few hours (keep in mind it was around midnight MST when I submitted my communication) They said I they confirmed with the courier that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided.
