Community Reports

This scammer identifies the ads as if they are from J.Jill, a well-known clothing store. I saw an ad for "end of year clearance sale" on Pinterest and followed it on December 20, 2025. Those ads are still running on Pinterest. I ordered several items and completed the purchase process in good faith. I took a screenshot of the order confirmation screen before closing out (attached). It provided an order number and said I'd be getting an email shortly. When a decent amount of time had transpired and I never received any email or products, I returned to J.Jill to check on the order status. Of course my order number did not find anything. At that point, I looked at the screenshot I had taken and saw that www.livesone.com was the senders web address. I went to that website and found that they still identify as J.Jill, but the only contact information I could find was an email: [email protected] . I sent two emails (Jan. 11 and 18, 2026) asking for order information and received nothing back. I sent a third today letting them know I was alerting the BBB and (attempting to) stop payment on my credit card.
