How can I sue telemarketers if im on a no call list? I registered my phone in the canadian do not call list with this link [https://lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/en](https://lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/en) and i keep getting calls maybe 3 times a day. im going insane because im waiting for calls from possible employers and i have to take the calls. I want to sue the companies who call me for telemarketing and stop this madness. How can I do that? do i need a lawyer? Location: nova scotia, canada.
