I purchased a 12 month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Core from Loaded.com. The digital key was advertised to work worldwide. When I went to use it I found that it was region locked to somewhere outside of the USA. I contacted Loaded as well as Microsoft (Xbox). Loaded has given me the run around and every excuse there is without offering a solution and pointing the finger at Xbox. Microsoft informed me that they do not sell “worldwide” versions and are all region based. Furthermore they said that the code was, in fact, only for use in another region and that someone in that region had activated it already. They verified that it was activated by an account other than my own. I submitted this evidence to Loaded and was once again provided a vague response saying that had no liability and it was on Xbox. I’ve encountered numerous Reddit comments and threads describing this exact thing happening to them by the hands of Loaded. In many cases, being advised by Loaded to use less than honest methods to “make it work” through back door actions. Most of the products turned out to be for the Brazilian region. I simply reached out to get a resolution to the possible “mistake” they made and provide a product as was advertised. With their refusal of responsibility I am now reaching out to you, the BBB. I’ve attached screenshots of my purchase, error codes, and emails of conversations with both Loaded and Microsoft (Xbox).
