I purchased an item (a tactical backpack) from Loast and they offer a 90-day money back guarantee. Upon received the item I immediately noted it is an exact same item that I've previously purchased off amazon for $44. It is a low-quality piece because the zippers broke within months of owning it. I wanted to return the backpack, unopened. They say on their site loastco.com that they accept returns but there is no way to return on the site. I've reach out via email three times requesting a return with zero response. I want they to uphold their promised money back guarantee and refund my money. They are scamming the public with their low-quality products, non-existent customer service, and non-delivery of the 90-day guarantee. I purchased this item on 12/19/2025 so I'm will within the timeframe. It arrived on 1/2/2026, 14 days later. I initiated the return request email on 1/3/2026. The 2nd return request on 1/4/2026.
