I am filing a complaint against Logiclux for suspected fraudulent retail advertising and failure to deliver purchased goods. I placed an order through their website (logiclux.com) over three months ago after seeing advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. After placing the order, I initially received email responses stating that my order had been shipped and was on its way, and I was advised to be patient. I received similar responses two additional times with a tracking number, that stated shipment was in route when I followed up. However, since then, I have not received my order, and the company has stopped responding to my emails entirely. My most recent attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. As of today, I have not received the merchandise I paid for, nor have I received a refund or any legitimate shipping confirmation. Based on this experience, I believe this company may be engaging in deceptive or fraudulent advertising practices on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. I am requesting either: 1. Immediate delivery of the purchased items, OR 2. A full refund of my payment. If neither is provided, I request that this complaint be recorded and investigated to prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues.
