I saw an ad for Luno mp3 players on Facebook. The pictures showed an mp3 player that looked like an Innioasis player I had purchased on Amazon. I was directed to their website try luno.com. I decided to buy two of them to give as gifts to friends. I also ordered an SD card and a carrying case. I paid with a credit card on February 7, 2026. A small envelope arrived on February 16 with two mp3 players, the case and the SD card squeezed inside a small envelope. When I opened the envelope and saw the units, I realized that these were not the advertised players. They were much smaller and lighter and the interface was different. There were also no instructions. Nevertheless, I attempted to use one of the players. I uploaded music and tried to navigate to the play function. The play button did not work, and when I searched through the unit for the music, I could not find it. I immediately emailed Luno and asked for a refund. Three days later, after not hearing back from them, I emailed again. After not hearing from them for another day, I Googled a customer service email address for Luno. I thought perhaps there was another more current email. A day or so later, a different company called Luno emailed me and told me that they were not an mp3 player company, but rather a camping gear company. I Googled some more and found that several other people also had complaints. I believe this company is a complete fraud. The two units are junk. I would like my money back. I have attached an image showing a Luno mp3 player next to an Innioasis player, the envelope the units were shipped in, and the label that was underneath the mailing label.
