I purchased a wig from Lytinroopwigs.com that was advertised on Facebook. Several weeks later it arrived and looked nothing at all like the picture advertised on Facebook. It was too small even though I had measured per their directions. It looked hideous. It had been advertised as real hair but it didn't look or feel like real hair. It was much shorter than in the picture and not the same color. I wouldn't even wear that thing on Halloween. I requested a refund and was told that I could have a 20% refund or another wig. They sent me two pictures of wigs. I chose one and was told that I would have to pay shipping cost. I responded that I would not be paying for their mistake and that I had since found them listed on a website that warns against scam wig companies. They responded that they would send me the new wig directly - that was on Jan 19. I still have not received the new wig.
