I ordered an outdoor wellhouse heater from a website lyxe.net on 11/16/25 at 6pm. I received a confirmation email at 6:02pm with the order number and a statement about estimated delivery time 3-15 working days. I didn't think another thing about it until I went to track the item using the item # in the email. When I search the site for the order status, it says the order number is not valid. I then went back to the email and sent a question to this email about the order # and shipping tracking information. I did not receive a response, so I searched the email address to investigate further. Email was from [email protected] . When I searched for it, I found multiple reports of scamming cases previously reported to BBB. I then when into my account to see if I was charged for the item and sure enough the payment was processed on 11/17/25. I did then file a dispute with my credit card company to try and get the money back, but it looks like I am now out the money.
