This company or agency looks like they are professional scammers and hackers. They pretended to have a free trial for a fitness program in a YouTube ad, and then they kept making changes over and over with no service given, instead of one trial of $29.95, they charged $29.95, then $49.95, then $99.95 all on the same day, and then repeated it again on a different day. I tried to cancel, nothing went through. I asked PayPal to cancel and decline them, thought it was fixed, but they somehow got my credit card number from PayPal and used it to put the charges through directly. I got my bank to dispute the claim, and I thought it was fixed. The bank suggested to cancel that card and get a new one. Now I am getting emails from Mad Muscles telling them that I need to respond to them in three days. I will report to BBB and whoever is needed see if they can be stopped. They appear to be outside of the U.S. and only communicate through the internet with no response. My bank spent three days trying to stop payments. They are listed as AmoApps Limited, (reg. No. HE450507), with the registered office at 1st Floor, Georgiou Christoforou 8, 2012, Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus in their online policy. https://madmuscles.com/privacy-policy [BBB Scam Type: Other] [Business: Mad Muscles] [Location: TX, USA - 76504]
