I ordered 5 items online from Magcomsen.com on 2/5. The website states if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase return within 30 days for a full refund. I paid $19.95 to ship 5 items. They were returned unopened and accepted by an individual at the address provided in Hebron, Kentucky on 2/23/2026. The website does not list a contact phone number. Two days ago I sent customer service an email asking when I would receive a refund. I received an email from Magcomsen customer service today (2/26/2026) telling me they received the tracking number but would refund me when they received the package. According to USPS the package was delivered 2/23/3026. The company tried to offer me a 40% refund with a 20% coupon if I kept the merchandise. There are numerous customer reviews online with similar complaints. I have notified my credit card of suspected fraud. This company is uncooperative and does not want to honor its refund policy. They want photos of the merchandise, tracking number and state "it's s complicated process." I'm not sure it is a legitimate business.
