Apparently it is a state of Illinois program through the unemployment office. My friend reported to me that they wanted copies of her GED, birth cert, proof of income for the last 6 months, car registration, insurance, college transcripts, work history, 4 people that dont live with her as references, AND then to take a reading and math test! This seems like a really scary amount of information to give anyone and really strange for a state run program.
