Presented as an advertisement on TiKToK for a candy store with a discount sale called and charged me instead for a manwearz.com subscription. I noticed a transaction on my debit card for manwearz.com. I thought one of my kids had ordered something without my permission but then after checking their website out I soon realized somehow I got scammed. They said I had bought a gift card and also a subscription l. Which I did not do! When trying to cancel this membership that I didn’t authorize they informed me the money would be deposited back into my account after confirming the cancellation email. So I did as I was informed to do and no money went back into my account. When contacting their support again I was informed that my subscription had no “top offs” applied to it so therefore no money would be given back to me. They said when purchasing a gift card from their “independent and legitimate” company it gives you store credits and they are non refundable as they stated in the fine print when I purchased the fit card. I went in explaining that I never purchased anything from them. Every single time I received a message from their “support team” the first sentence of every message started out saying that their company can not and does not make any unauthorized payments or subscriptions…..
