I ordered and paid for a specific flash drive through "Masterpiecei.com." I have not received no such product, package at all. Upon sending an email via their customer service. dept, they claim that it was delivered. I have a tracking number that they gave me. I checked with the main post office in my area and was texted in response that the post office has NO PACKAGE with that tracking number nor has any package with that tracking number gone through their system. I then sent via email the downloaded file to Masterpiece. They have stopped all communication with me. I am out of monies that were paid for product and have no product. Tracking number is said to be **************** Their email stated that package was left outside at front door. My response to their email was as stated: I have a mailbox, and an enclosed front porch. Either place the package could have been left. There was no photo of package delivered etc. Their email also stated that I should look behind trash barrels, dumpsters, back yard, check around the neighborhood and ask the neighbors if they have the package. Upon sending via email to them proof of the message that was texted to me from the post office, they have disconnected contact with me. No phone number for company.
