I believed I was ordering an authentic leather jacket, but I never received any shipping information. I became suspicious 3 days after I put the order in, so I started emailing them at two different emails and through their website contact form to cancel the order, and I received absolutely no response from them. The only thing that saved me is that I went through a pay in 4 payments company like Affirm, PayPal, and Klarna and they were able to cancel the whole order, as no funds had been given to the company yet. I then Googled Mauve.com, which I should have done before I ordered from them, and they have fraud reviews going back to 2019, where people had ordered expensive leather jackets, never received shipping information, never received their jackets or got jackets that weren't leather, yet were still stuck paying for it, because once the individuals filed fraud charges with their credit cards Mauve would reach out to the credit companies and give them a fake shipping confirmation number stating that they had actually shipped the jacket, and the person was lying about not having received it. These people have been at this scam for a very long time, and they need to be shut down. I also found out their true location is in Canada, and not in Florida as their website states.
