Ordered item from Megean.com; the order was (ostensibly) sent out from China, and I was then provided a tracking number for the 17TRACK website. When it first showed up as "Delivered" on the site but the package was nowhere to be found, I reached out to customer support and was assured that they would re-send the order. Once again, the order eventually showed as "Delivered" but there was no package to be found.
