I encountered melirune.com through an AD on a social media video and checked out their website and ended up purchasing some items from them and it went through and then they gave me a tracking number for TRACK678 and I didn't find out until I looked it up that it is a fake tracking site scammers use to deceive consumers and keep them from making a dispute or claim. I didn't receive my order and shipment and so I contacted them through their email address from the original order confirmation, and they have been in touch with me through emails for a couple months because I did not receive my shipment and it said delivered and I didn't get it. So, I complained to them about not getting my delivery and wanting my order and products and so their customer service support contacted me and said they would ship my order to me again. And once again i was waiting and waiting and again it said delivered and finally I did my research on universal tracking sites and apps and my tracking number could not be found and when i looked up the tracking site and number they gave me in the email it said on Google that it was a fake tracking site and used by scammers. I immediately emailed them with proof of all the information I found through photos and screenshots and am now waiting back from them to reply back to my email after giving them a very upsetting email and demanding a refund and my money back. I saw a QR code on YouTube official site. I scanned it. Was directed to the website of Melirune.com I browsed the site before purchasing 9 items plus a “free gift” for a total of 10 items. The tracking number was from a fake courier site. It was “delivered” at 16:46 pm military time with made it 4:46 pm however it wasn’t delivered at all. Plus the “delivery time” was posted as 4:46pm I screenshotted it @ 12:54 pm so it was literally impossible for it to be delivered at the time it said. I have several back & forths prior to “delivery” & after requesting my money back & post “delivery” they tried to negotiate on an amount like it was my fault for not receiving my order.
