merchbridgeltd.com and www.patmg.com manufacturing scam [US+world wide] Scam Alert: Fake Procurement Inquiry from MerchBridge Marketing Ltd. I received a suspicious email from someone claiming to be a Procurement Manager at MerchBridge Marketing Ltd. They expressed interest in purchasing an unusually large quantity **2 million hats**, which immediately raised red flags, saying it's for a Saudi company Patmg. The email requested several sensitive company documents under the pretext of “tender participation” and “commercial verification.” These included: * Letter of Intent (LOI) * Company Profile * Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration * Proforma Invoice * Production Capacity Details * Estimated Delivery Schedule * Product photos or references from previous similar supplies * Bank details for verification * Tender participation requirements Why this is a scam: * The company’s website (merchbridgeltd.com) contains multiple grammatical errors and appears unprofessional. * Indonesian contact number when the company is supposed to be in the UK +Saudi * MerchBridge Marketing Ltd has no verifiable company registration in either the UK or Saudi Arabia (the two locations they appear to claim affiliation with). * Requesting such a large volume of goods combined with demands for official company documents is a common tactic used in procurement and tender scams. The goal is usually to steal company information for identity theft, create fake documents, or run further fraud. * [www.patmg.com](http://www.patmg.com/) website is full of red flags, and their lawyer representative works for a different firm under a different name (his real name) Stay safe. This is a multi-layer complex scam. Scammers sent me a chain of insults via different WhatsApp numbers, too. Once I was called out, so don't communicate with them.
