Is mhtcoin.net scam? (seems similar to the Professor scams) One of my friends (US based) told me about an exchange called mhtcoin.net which gives him over 25x leverage (??!!). It was recommend to him on a WhatsApp group which also gives trading signals daily from a Professor. There is also assistant in the mix. The “exchange” has a root site that was an nginix stock landing page when I saw it - today it has some sort of an exchange like landing page. Whois indicates that’s it’s recent, but my friend says it has been active for a while (domain transfer recently?). My friend has been having daily trading gains of 20%+ for the past few weeks and seems thrilled. This seems like a scam (too many red flags), but my buddy is super thrilled with the profits. I want to make sure it’s not a scam before he liquidates his actual stock portfolio - his btc is already out of Coinbase into this exchange and I fear it’s gone for good ?! :( There are similarities (Whatsapp group, professor, assistant etc) to some “professor” scams posted here. Is this “new” exchange based one also a known scam and how does it actually work ? I am looking for an outline of it so I can convince him.
