I Cannot Find My State's Enacting Clause Anywhere In My State's Uniform Vehicle Code... I have been teaching myself law, and I understand for something to be law it must be in-line with the Constitutions. As such every law that is in-line should include the enacting clause of my State's Constitution, otherwise how would I know this law applies to me, and where it's power was derived? Article V section 8 of Colorado Constitution delivers the 'Enacting Clause'. The style of the laws of this state shall be: "Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado". No where in the [Colorado Revised Statutes](http://www.michie.com/colorado/lpext.dll?f=templates&fn=main-h.htm&cp=) am I able to find this Constitutional Enacting Clause within the Uniformed Traffic Code. This leads me to believe all that traffic codes are not applicable to me? Please help me understand why I am wrong in this reasoning.
