The company name is mixlocoo.com it supposedly sells sportswear. I saw the advertisement through tiktok and it brought me to what seemed like a legitimate website. I ordered a few things and never received the product. After 10 days i contacted them and finaly was given tracking info but come to find out the tracking info is false. Supposedly went from one carrier to another. Now it says Fedex has the package and the info from fedex says that it was supposed to be delivered and never was. Now when i contact fedex they say thst i have to contact the people who send it so i keep getting the run around from mixlocoo. Its a complete scam. There is no product. Its all AI generated photos. Fedex says to contact them to get my money back because there is no package in their possession even though they have tracking details.
