i ordered trousers from website www.mrbuerly.com. Website functions only on iPhone, which already raises concerns about proper customer access and support. The item I received is defective and not as described. I ordered size XL (39 inches waist), but I received trousers with a 35-inch waist, which corresponds to size L or M. Because of this, the trousers are not wearable. I requested a replacement or a full refund, but Mrbuerly was offered only a 15% refund ($11.33 out of $75.58). This is not reasonable or acceptable for a defective product. As my understanding, under consumer protection rules, I am entitled to either: A full refund, or a free replacement in the correct size (XL). Please assist.
