They states they will send me the tracking number. We paid $20 for shipping already. Then we got this message stating to pay an additional $100 for package insurance. Then I was given a tracking number to the site https://copiclogistics.com/track-form/, on the site the customer support talks just like the person from the site, demanding the insurance payment and no refund option.
