" Within minutes of placing the order I tried to cancel it and was not able to. They kept saying it already shipped. There is what appears to be AI that responds and states that the order has shipped. There is a tracking provided and when you check it you realize the order is shipping from China. Even through the tracking does not show any movement, they still won't cancel it. I received the item and it's not as described and is plastic. I attempted to return it and they tried to offer a 15% discount instead of a full refund and then stopped responding to emails. Multiple reports online of this website being a scam.
