Munabit.com scam I got scammed via Munabit website. It only let's you deposit, but does many things to prevent you from withdrawing, including: demanding you to pay hidden fees and "anti-money laundry" pay. The platform seems to work with referral codes that make the user get 50% of all the money the referred deposits, so random people can lure other people into the platform. 1. I send the Munabit website to multiple application forms for scam/fraud databases 2. I wrote this post, to prevent others form getting into these nasty businesses. Munabit.com scam/not scam? This platform [Munabit.com](https://Munabit.com) sent me a discord message through a random person on the channel called Elite Crypto Signals. I was skeptical, but entertained it since it said i had won $15k in BTC but when i get to the platform they require not only photo id, but they want me to deposit $200 to their platform before i can withdraw any of the won amount. so...nothing about that adds up, but i spoke to their live chat who definitely answers as a real person they wont tell me any other information about the business except its "offshore" in Cyrprus they also said this about the confirmation of wallet process : " We have taken some measures in accordance with the requirements of the regulators, as well as after numerous hacks of other crypto exchanges. For the safety of our clients' funds, as their balance increases, they need to pass certain checks (where the user uses their personal wallet or exchange address) in order for the system to approve their coin withdrawal/trading transactions. Thus, the client's money is more likely to be safe when the client confirms this himself and can only withdraw coins to his personal wallet. " " We do not use other systems, but have created our own security system to offer customers maximum security of their funds.
