My father has been getting these junk mails in for quite a while from CENTRAL PAC HOMELOANS. Has a blurry, compressed barcode at the top left, phone numbers, customer ID, and expiration date. On the blank envelope, it has a presorted standard U.S. postage, paid in Sacramento, CA, "pemit" number 1935. The mail describes it as a home repair and maintenance warranty insurance policy, stating it's his final notice to join in, signed by Andy Perkins. The letter also states at the bottom in fine print that it is from Home Shield USA and has a Florida license G202409. Searched up the license number on https://www.myfloridalicense.com, nothing pops up. I called the number a long time ago, and I heard a pre-recorded audio of an office over the caller's voice, and was told to schedule another call.
