I am entitled to join insurance via COBRA. I googled COBRA and this company came up. I clikced the number and called. Their offer was very attractive, too attractive...I should've known... Alyssa the representative asked me for my and my family's name and DOB, and she asked for my SSN. She also asked for my address and phone number and email address. She then texted me a link to a form to sign. Once I signed then she asked me to pay and got my credit card info and charged me a recurring payment. I got a confirmation email with an actual link to a portal www.mymemberbenefit.com. [BBB Scam Type: Identity Theft] [Business: FirstHealth] [Location: CA, USA - 91301]
