We were going through open enrollment with GA Access and we received a call and the insurance that they sold is not part of GA Access. It Gold Star Agency, they said the $903.90 was to prepay the annual deductible which GA Access said was a scam. We numbers they call from you can not call back, the representative number has now been disconnected. We received no cards, no policy/plan description and when I log onto myplanassistance.com/member my email does not show up to reset a password, because I never entered info into the portal. I have disputed the charge with the credit card coming and they are sending a new card with a new number. This is bad bad scam, they are selling like they are Ga Access and they clearly are not.
