I clicked on a link while scrolling on Facebook, for MyTraits.com, to get a report of my possible ethnic background based on a photo taken of my face by the website. After taking the photo it asked for my email address so they could send me the report. At this time I was unaware of any charges. After entering my email it started showing different offers for different reports and I continued clicking skip this offer and get report. Then it asked for a credit card or PayPal account information with a $5 charge for the report. I entered my credit card info and the payment was processed. I received an email with a receipt, but still no report. I went to the website on an external browser and made an account with a password but when I tried to login it would just go back to the screen I was on previously. I decided I would cancel my subscription and ask for a refund but the only way to even attempt to cancel was to click on a mytraitsupport link so I did that and sent them an email asking to cancel the subscription and refund my $5. I noticed on Google there were a lot of other people reporting they had tried cancelling their subscription but kept getting charges weekly of about $25 and their subscription was never cancelled.
