I applied for a virtual fitness trainer position with this company. I found their listing on Indeed and sent my resume on their website. They emailed me saying they were interested in learning more about me and sent me a link (will post at the end of this message) asking me to fill out an application, requesting my ssn, previous residences of past 5 years, and other personal information. They requested that I fill this out, and when they review it they will have someone reach out and schedule an interview. They didn't include any sort of name of who was contacting me. I just thought it was incredibly fishy that they requested all of this info (very similar things that were in my resume) before they even met or communicated with me at all. I live near where they say they are located in Golden and drove by their "Headquarters" address and mailing address, and there are absolutely no signs of this business. Here is the link to their application: https://na3.documents.adobe.com/public/esignWidget?wid=CBFCIBAA3AAABLblqZhBAOKSKqc9Hxsg86mMDfn1UyD8iuon-kOD0ttR2Lqu7J8RxKsjtTRyudp3RnZv8Bkw*&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz--Tt9gdNS97N185iFOo02eZl7AeiSRyj38rqcR8SkN2FwQnYIC5PTbzCuq3ciiCcTCvBgfGrwudTqbsK_iLl1sN4wHEdg&_hsmi=399809536&utm_content=399809536&utm_source=hs_automation [BBB Scam Type: Employment] [Business: Healthbreak Inc.] [Location: CO, USA- 80207]
