I placed an order with Namarie.com on 11/16/25. They charged my credit card for the order ($183) on 11/17/25. As of 12/30/25, the order has not shipped. I keep emailing them and they keep responding that there is a holdup on their product but it will be shipped asap. After checking with this website and others, I am afraid I have been scammed. My last email to them was to either give me confirmation the items have shipped and tracking info or start the refund process. I am not hopeful after reading others' experiences. When following up with the company, they gave me multiple excuses why it hasn't shipped yet 4 months later (it was a preorder, then a government shut down, etc. etc.) the lies just continued and then promised that I'd receive a tracking number in the end of October once it shipped from Singapore. It is now January 2026 and haven't received an update OR my product. I just recently emailed them once again for a refund, which I don't expect to receive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES!
