Company posing as another company and not sending any product, just keeping the money I had seen a lot of stuff about this Nanex company selling hydrophobic sprays, unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to the name of the spray. After a quick search I found them, but further in the search I found what looked like a European website for them and I’m in the UK. Stupid me I bought from the European site. Three months later I haven’t gotten my purchase and the company won’t respond to my e-mails. I took the next steps and contacted the parent company (or what I thought was the parent) only to be told that the European company has nothing to do with them but that they’ve been copying everything from the original. The man I spoke to apologized totally even though I agreed it wasn’t their fault. They offered to send me a free bottle of the actual product, which is really cool of them, and they said that they’ve done everything they can to get rid of these guys but nothing is working so they’ve rebranded the site as Nanex Technologies to separate themselves. I’m not so pissed that I got ripped off because I did get a replacement afterall thanks to the real company, but I feel bad for the real company. They’re cool guys and if you look at their blog they do all this charity stuff. Its shit that this stuff can happen and nothing can be done about it.
