I thought I was purchasing the product from the company Natures Sunshine. Instead, I was redirected to a website called naturesunrise.com. The product I received has the exact logo and description of product. I am locked into an auto ship subscription and unable to cancel my order. I was charged $45.98 the first time on Oct 19, 2025. And charged a second time $45.98 on November 19, 2025. When trying to cancel my subscription, there is no link to do so. I have emailed the company through their support email but have received no response. I have deleted my credit card information from their website.
